Ordering and Payment
There are three payment methods available when making a purchase: secure credit card payment via the Barion system, bank transfer, and cash on delivery.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we’ll give you a 1,500 Ft discount on your first purchase (for orders over 15,000 Ft). In addition, we send a 20% birthday voucher to customers with a registered account, which can be redeemed on orders over 25,000 Ft.
Delivery and Collection
Our parcels are delivered to your door or to a parcel locker by Foxpost, GLS, Packeta and Magyar Posta.
Yes, we provide automatic parcel tracking for every order. As soon as we hand the parcel over to the courier service, we’ll email you the tracking link.
At present, we sell exclusively online, so it is not currently possible to collect items in person.
Returns and Warranty
There is no need to worry; you can return the products within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Please download and attach the „Product Return Form” available on our website.
